Mario Winkelman, Inventor and President of TMG, began designing the best way to stay comfortable back in early 1972, while working in the rain forests of the Olympic Mountains. His experiments with fabrics - including wool, cotton and nylon - revealed that certain evaporative cooling techniques maintain comfort in warmer temperatures.

Master goldsmith, Frank McCubbins began his career as a goldsmith in 1974 working as a wax carver and mold maker for a large jewelry manufacturer in Southern California. Today, Classic Creations specializes in custom wildlife jewelry and fine art.

In July of 2014, after over 25 years of service, Microsoft handed Donn Morse (and 18,000 coworkers) the pink slip. ​Looking back, it was the best thing that ever happened as it gave him a chance to focus on two of his passions: technology and fishing. ​Old Goat lures combines those passions. Donn uses a 3D printer to create lure prototypes, test them in a livestock trough, and then take the promising prototypes out into the field for live tests on local lakes and the open water off of the Washington coast.
