Welcome to Old Goat Lures! When trolled, or retrieved, our lures imitate a stunned, or wounded, baitfish. ​

In July of 2014, after over 25 years of service, Microsoft handed Donn Morse (and 18,000 coworkers) the pink slip. ​Looking back, it was the best thing that ever happened as it gave him a chance to focus on two of his passions: technology and fishing. ​Old Goat lures combines those passions. Donn uses a 3D printer to create lure prototypes, test them in a livestock trough, and then take the promising prototypes out into the field for live tests on local lakes and the open water off of the Washington coast.
